Liuyang Cai
Postdoc, Bioinformatics
Ph.D. The Chinese University of Hong Kong
Liuyang is developing softwares to explore and visualize multi-omics sequencing data. By mining extensive public datasets, including Hi-C, HiChIP, and single cell data, he aims to understand transcriptional regulatory abnormalities in the progression of cardiovascular diseases and cancer.
